  • Design Verification: Checking manuals, electrical drawings, and P&IDs against the actual build.

  • Component Certificates: Verifying material data sheets and calibration certificates for critical parts.

  • Physical Check: Inspecting the general workmanship, paint quality, and labeling of components.

  • Measurement: Verifying that the equipment dimensions match the approved layout footprint.

  • Safety Guarding: Ensuring all physical covers and protective barriers are correctly installed.

  • Punch List: Documenting any minor defects or deviations that need fixing before shipping.

  • Proprotocol Approval: Signing the official FAT report by both the manufacturer and the client.
